We currently deliver within Egypt.

Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Please inspect and confirm your order when the courier arrives.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only according to our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees for returns or exchanges may apply unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect order fulfillment.
